"Empower Me" with Ashley Anderson

Ashley is the Associate Human Resources Director, People and Talent, at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Ashley possesses her MBA, and is a graduate of the African American Leadership Institute from the State of Black Arizona. Ashley gives back to the community by serving on several non-profit boards and she is passionate about improving the employee experience in the workplace. 

In this session, attendees will walk away with tools and techniques they can immediately use to raise their self-awareness and set attainable goals. 

"Slay the Interview" with Alexis Meruelo

As the Chief Vision and Purpose Officer for Meruelo Group, Alexis oversees all culture, impact, and community programs for Meruelo Group’s 25+portfolio of companies. Alexis works to drive impact across the companies and communities they work in. Her work and expertise ranges across industries including hotels, food manufacturing, media, and professional sports. She holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Notre Dame. Alexis currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Arizona Coyotes Foundation and is part of the ownership group for the Arizona Coyotes Hockey Team.
