Employer Partnership

CPLC Workforce Solutions connects with employers throughout the valley to assist with their workforce needs. With locally based services, we have the network to bring people and jobs together. By helping businesses succeed and grow, we lay the groundwork for a stronger Arizona economy. 


We can assist you by posting your job openings on our social media accounts, or here on our website. If you would like to discuss how we can get the word out about your employee needs, please contact us. 


If you have numerous job openings in various positions, we can assist you with an exclusive hiring event. We can organize, promote, and host an event at our location or yours.



Become part of our partner network and get invited to our job fairs held throughout the year at Desert Sky Mall, or other strategic locations in the metropolitan area. 



We can work with you on specialized trainings or resources to assist current employees with the skills and knowledge needed to advance within your company. 



We offer vocational training courses in areas such as call center customer service and insurance fundamentals- with new industries to be added in the future. Guest speaking opportunities are available during these classes for employers in the related fields.


We can provide interview space and other customized services, such as helping companies that are new to Arizona and need to hire employees quickly.

Community-Based Organization Partnership

CPLC Workforce Solutions connects with community-based organizations to share resources that can benefit their clients and constituencies. 

The most effective way we can share with local organizations is with an OUTREACH PRESENTATION. Our outreach staff can offer a presentation that covers all the workforce and educational services we provide. These presentations can been done on-site or virtually and run approximately 30-45 minutes.

As one of our partners, you will receive exclusive invitations to our JOB/RESOURCE FAIRS. These events provide organizations the opportunity to make the community aware of the resources they provide and/or promote any open positions. Fairs are held at Desert Sky Mall or other strategic locations in the metropolitan area.


The CPLC Engagement Center at Desert Sky Mall has MEETING AND CLASSROOM SPACE available to community-based organizations. Organizations can reserve space for outreach efforts, hosting meetings, or conducting classes. CPLC Workforce Solutions can collaborate with you on bringing vocational development or adult education opportunities to the community.
